Cassette’s PR team was engaged by the development team at EQ Projects in 2017 to create maximum interest in the launch of The Lennox – a $400 million 47 level mixed-use precinct which will create a new gateway to Parramatta’s CBD and cultural precinct.
We created an editorial strategy that resulted in substantial and sustained media attention with highlights including a front page Domain feature, a Channel Nine News story syndicated nationally, Sky News Real Estate, Sydney Morning Herald, The Daily Telegraph Home Magazine, and local and industry titles.
Community engagement was secured by activating the major sponsorship of the 2017 Parramasala festival for The Lennox, highlighting its riverfront location to 35,000 guests. This was supported by establishing strong local business relationships, hosting networking and VIP events in The Lennox display for groups including the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce.
