YGAP, Y Generation Against Poverty, is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers, with an aim to inspire social entrepreneurs to end poverty. We are proud to recently be appointed a partner of YGAP, donating our design and print services to their upcoming campaigns.
Community
Charlie was dared to partake in the 2011 CEO Sleepout. Raising money for St Vinnie’s and general awareness of the plight of the homeless within our society. It wasn’t hard to convince him to sign up. Rain and all, we managed to raise $8,485.
We donated our design and programming time to support Sustainability in Stonnington. This amazing initiative is helping to improve the environmental awareness and function of individuals and businesses in the area.
As part of our work with The Tibet Trust, we were lucky enough to have a Monk visit our studio. He blessed our new office in Richmond and the surrounding local area.
Education For Everyone provides underprivileged Cambodian children with the education they deserve. These children are victims of sexual/physical abuse, forced labour, HIV/AIDS affected and those that simply don’t have the opportunity for an education. We donated both design and printing services for the production of EFE’s sponsorship document.
IWDA’s vision is for a just, equitable and sustainable world where women have a powerful voice in economic, cultural, civil and political life. IWDA works in partnership to create positive change across Asia and the Pacific. We provided pro-bono design and printing to support a fundraising concert.
Tibet Trust is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to disbursing grants for projects that primarily address the overall long-term sustainability of Tibet through community development. We helped give Tibet Trust a global awareness by developing their website. And we continue to support them through providing printing, and marketing tools.
Our friend Christina spent a month at the Love and Care Orphanage in Madurai, South India. She documented the journey on camera, and on returning to Melbourne, held a photographic exhibition Madurai Kids to raise funds for the orphanage. We supported by providing printed materials for promotion and use on the night.
ETWA is a Melbourne based not-for-profit organisation. Their work helps women ease the burdens of poverty, improve their quality of life and maintain their cultural practices. We’ve been supporting their work since 2005, keeping costs down in Australia resulting in fundraising dollars having a greater impact for women in Timor-Leste.
Volunteer Corps Organisation is a non-governmental not-for-profit organisation based in Accra-Ghana that runs volunteer programs for underprivileged children. Charlie has volunteered at the orphanage. We’ve provided both design and web services to produce the company logo and website.
The Australian Red Cross held a party in collaboration with the RMIT School of Design TAFE Visual Merchandising. We donated the print of their invitations.
We donated our design time to produce the logo for our friends at the One Wish Africa orphanage.
