Repositioning a flagship property in the CBD’s eclectic west-side.

Cassette were engaged by Zone Q and their asset management partner, Artifex Property Group to develop a new brand story, brand identity and integrated marketing campaign.

Our role was to reposition 55 Clarence as a business destination connecting the CBD and Wynyard with Barangaroo, providing creative businesses with ‘edge’, the opportunity to be part of an
emerging precinct.
