637 Flinders Street.

We worked with Zone Q Investment and its appointed Asset Manager, Artifex Property Group, to launch the landmark 637 Flinders Street commercial development. Located on the city fringe and designed by Cox Architecture, this building aims to reflect Melbourne’s reimagined contemporary workplace design. With a focus on wellness and increasing connectivity in the evolving Riverside area, 637 Flinders Street exemplifies the very best of Melbourne in an A-grade ‘campus style’ office precinct.

Cassette delivered the full suite of marketing materials, from brand identity through to website design and development, as well as managing the PR launch for the project.
