Cassette was engaged to create a prestigious sub-brand focusing on marketing the premium apartments on the upper levels of 443 Queen Street.

This led to a targeted approach to help differentiate buyers looking for entry level product vs higher price product by developing a sub-brand showcasing the residences’ luxury fixtures and finishes.

Our scope included naming and identity design, roll out of all marketing collateral and luxury fixtures & finishes display within the 443 Queen St Experience Centre.
