Cassette had the pleasure of being engaged to create and deliver the launch and ongoing market strategy for the new community Watermark, located in the picturesque Bellarine Peninsula suburb of Armstrong Creek.
Working with the talented development team at ID_Land, and alongside sales agents Red 23, we were responsible for creating the visual brand identity for the community, as well as providing strategic advice, marketing budgeting, marketing strategy and media channel planning. The Watermark brand identity was then rolled-out across marketing collateral design, including sales suite fit out and printing.
We were also responsible for the digital strategy and website development, including the integration of Mapovis on the community’s online masterplan.
